On Hair

1. Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair strands, (works best on damp hair)
2. For the LOC/LCO method, use as your cream or oil step to seal in moisture.
3. Work through sections for even distribution, then style as usual.
4. For scalp care, massage a small amount directly into the scalp to soothe and nourish.

On Skin

1. After bathing or showering, pat skin dry 
   
2. Massage gently into skin using circular motions until fully absorbed.
3. Pay extra attention to dry areas such as elbows, knees, and heels.
4. Use daily for best results.
